Nutterdad.6047 Posted October 5, 2017 Share Posted October 5, 2017 bought guild wars 3 days ago and have not been able to play because its asking me to confirm my email before I can log in! problem is I'm not getting any of the confirmation emails to my inbox (ive checked through junk etc,) ive tried to resend the emails. Ive opened a ticket and funny enough ive received the email for that. Anyone know of a fix to this problem? wouldn't mind being able to play the game ive bought lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Do make sure you used the email address associated with your account as the one you meant to. (Sometimes players have made typos, and didn't notice.) You can also try whitelisting all the NCSoft/ArenaNet/Guildwars2 addresses. There's a Sticky in the old forums; I haven't checked to see if it was brought over to this one. Good luck. It doesn't have to be an email associated with your account. Just throwing out some reasons we've seen posted about in the past.
