Firebrand Power Build?

Firebrand isn't bad for power -- 323, but the bigger problem is you can't get Seeker or Diviner stats in PvE. So you tend to take it for condi damage as well. It's a real bummer. I like using mace/shield with firebrand. Here's my current build - although I'm praying for Seeker or Diviner to find its way into PvE so I can get that juicy concentration:

Edit: Virtues isn't 323 since Indomitable Courage doesn't (currently) proc with the tome.
