It said the transaction was successful and I would receive my gems and an email receipt. Almost an hour later... no gems, no receipt. How long do in-game credit card purchases take? JustTrogdor.7892 Posted October 5, 2017 Share Posted October 5, 2017 Normally it is instant from my experience. Perhaps there is a delay through their payment processor so give it a bit more time. It can take **up to** 72 hours for gems to arrive the first time - I think it's something to do with making sure you won't cancel the purchase right after getting the gems. Whilst this didn't happen to me the first time I bought gems, the gems that came with the PoF ultimate edition took about 3 days to arrive on my account. Otherwise, Gem purchases are usually within an hour or two. Ticket responses are slower than usual, due to high volume.
