Skyscale chair not usable in raids

Subject, nothing else to add. Skyscale chair cannot be used while in Hall of Chains or Mythwright Gambit, which typically allow the use of mounts and thus other chairs. Please flag it appropriately, and perhaps do a pass on all the other chairs to ensure all are flagged for use in raids.
