The ITunes store displays it in the desktop app, but not on the phone, and if I try to purchase it in the desktop app, nothing happens. Amazon.com and .de both throw a payment error and say that payment must be made with a "local" credit card (i.e. presumably not my Swiss credit card). What's the problem here?
