LF a Build ,, Boosted Necro ,,

Hey ,

Just bought both Xpacs and Boosted a Necro. Took the default build and have condition gear. What is the best build for Top Dps against Open World Content, Boss`s, and Events. I dont have any of the HOT or POF Hero Points yet, Just starting my Mastery Journey !!

Condition gear say both a lot of thing and nothing...

Well... if it's for open world and it's necromancer, I guess the best is to direct you toward a build that will help you solo HoT's mastery point instead of a "top dps" build. try out a minion build:

You shouldn't struggle to much with something like that (whatever gear you have).

 

Explanation: As a blood magic minion master your minions will constantly heal you, allowing you some ease in the game. Scepter is the goto condi weapon and dagger is used on the second weaponset mainly because it's free 25% movement speed.

You could also try this has a lot of Condi damage, and AOE

I gave you the Staff on second slot because I think that is what you get when you boost, but Dagger / Warhorn works well.

 

Summon Bone Fiend you can swap for Signet of the Locust for permament Speed Boost, Signet of Spite for more DPS, Well of Suffering more DPS.

Plaguelands can also be changed for Flesh Golem for a Tankier pet.

 

Usual opening rotation is Blood is Power -> Deathly Swarm ->Epidemic (if there are quite a few mobs)

 

Then just put all your skills on Cool Down basically.
