GW2 client crashes on app launch

Hi everyone, good day!

 

I am having problems with my gw2 app, it keeps on crashing when launched. I could do a clean reinstall but my internet bandwidth would take me a week or so.

Sorry I don't know much about debugging and stuff. My windows computer recently updated to 1903 version and it might be whats causing this, should I revert to the previous version or is there something else wrong with my comp? Thank you.

Some players are having issue with the latest Win10 update, and/or with RivaTuner.

Once the update/RivaTuna is uninstalled, the issue disappears.

hey bro thanks for the reply, I don't have rivatuner installed in my system. It could be something with the latest windows update. I'm gonna try reverting my windows to its previous version

though I really wanted the updated version of windows to work with my client.
