A good name for the tome would be "Booster Buddy" with an icon of a muscled guy holding his muscled arms up. Sell it on the gem store as a convenience item. Since there is probably to many food items to store in it unless it was tabbed; food could be limited to tray items. Also store guild banners. I save until "I really need them" only to realizle ... that this will never happen. I forget. Or always think there will be better moments. :D There are also the banners and feast from the boss rushes. Now feast could be salvaged with new cooking update. I'd prefer a salvage or mystic forge option for these things. At least let me the super small WvW boosters turn into the big one to save space.
