Anyway, the email that was sent to me is from Guild Wars (Test) rather than the usual support, and the ticket doesn't show up in my history at all. It's only been 2 days, so I'm not particularly worried, but it'd be a shame if the ticket literally didn't exist and I was waiting for nothing.
