seejay.2693 Posted October 1, 2019 Share Posted October 1, 2019 I have great respect for the artwork of the game and in the amount of hours and effort it takes to come up with and implement designs... But the spectral scepter just does nothing for me... Every other weapon skin in the spectral line are great but the scepter just doesn't fit... it's too jiggly, comical even.
