Lich Form rework ?

Just to share an idea I had.

 

Most Necromancer I see don't care about Lich Form.

What if Lich Form was reworked to be more in line with other spectral skills ?

 

No longer alter your skillbar, you keep your weapon/heal/utility skills available.

Cooldown duration : 60s (instead of 150s)

Duration : 9s (instead of 20s)

Gives 1x Stability (3s) every 3s (4 times)

Gain Life Force for each negated incoming control effect : 5%

Break Stun
