I couldn't put a ticket in because I don't have my original code from years ago so, I'm hoping the forum will work! This is a mess because I clicked on "View Invoice" after the purchase and it popped up a "server error" message so, I'm in a bind. The web-form states to skip questions you don't have information for on hand. (And, the forum would not have sufficed.) Glad to see your issue was resolved.
