appreciation for the support teams.

I've had both experiences: helpful & kind, short-tempered & rude.

 

I appreciate people who work customer service jobs, because I too have experience in that line of work. That said, I also judge people individually and deliver praise based on individual experiences.

 

So thank you to the people on staff who have kept a cool head and a helpful tone. I have been helped by you several times, and your brand of service is extremely important to the survival of the company you work for.
