So if i move wrong or retarget or anything random. [Ghastly Breach] seems to just not work... its a local skill that puts the dome on you so i dont see where the issue is. In reality we dont have a elite well skill as necros. Maybe this could be a targeted area skill? Let us necros use it like a well target skill. I mean wells before major updates were just set where your toon was. Unless traited to be a target ground skill. Please fix this elite skill!
