dchsknight.3042 Posted October 12, 2017 Share Posted October 12, 2017 I have a friend who bought the PoF Expac. She used her Lvl 80 boost to get a ranger up. And some reason the character has been locked. Every time she logs into it the character errors out and she can not get on the Ranger. She put in a ticket 3 weeks ago and not a single GM has been willing to help her out. No resolution. Nothing. What can be done? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted October 12, 2017 Share Posted October 12, 2017 Your friend can update her ticket by replying to the automated response received when submitting the ticket through the web-form. Ticket resolutions are taking longer than usual, due to high volume. Whilst awaiting a response, your friend could try command line arguments (see Wiki - link above), such as -prefreset and/or -repair. Good luck.
