Any player class/spec similar to the sohothin gameplay?

I adore the sohothin sections at the end of the "path of fire" story, and same with the flame greatsword item I see laying on the floor sometimes (which I know is ele).

 

Is there any class in the game like this? I enjoy how fast/mobile/offensive it is with a mix of fast and heavy attacks. I really dislike how so many weapons have niche utility or defensive option that rarely sees use unless you get in trouble.
