Hiding Child in Divinity's Reach

There is a Hiding Child at Central Plaza just south of Palace Waypoint in Divinity's Reach that I don't remember seeing before. It's not in the wiki. Does anyone know when she was added, or what she's hiding from? Or if she has friends hiding elsewhere?

Yes, we've got a very concerned group going on, wondering why she's hiding. So far we're thinking either she's hiding from a meanie or she's from the order of whispers.

I suspect something less sinister, such as a friendly game of Hide 'n' Seek. Wait until nobody is around, then simply ask her. It can be difficult to understand very young children sometimes, but if you're patient with her I'm sure she could be almost perfectly clear.
