[Suggestion] Guild Anthems shouldn't use "Music Volume" slider

A lot of the time when I play GW2, I like to play my own music on Spotify and therefore I set the "Music Volume" slider in the settings down to zero. However, when I do this, I don't get to hear the short guild anthem play when my guild captures an objective in WvW, completes a Guild Mission, etc.

 

Is there any chance that the Guild Anthem could use a different slider to "Music Volume." I guess it could use an existing slider such as "Player Instrument Volume" or "UI volume" or maybe it could even have it's own unque volume slider?
