[Sugg] Revisit 'Flavor' items. Expand low-level and bored veteran player interest

We have a ton of funny flavor items from karma vendor and rare drops that people don't get to enjoy at lower-levels. Perhaps, a meaningful quest series for all levels to obtain items to satisfy an NPC somewhere else. People love titles.

 

To name a few: [&AgFCXAAA]Toy Stuffed Bear, [&AgHQXAAA]Super Sweet Ring, [&AgG+WwAA]Trusty Screw

I never saw a malleable weapon on any player until I started opening 'Dung' from the eaters. Those would be a happy find for a leveling player.

 

Speaking of 'Flavor', why can't our 'Gourmet Chef' make a mug of cocoa or a grilled-cheese? There are many easy recipes made with items already in-game that aren't possible to make. It's cold in all of these winter maps, it's fun to Role-Play with appropriate food.
