Engineer | Utility Goggles | Related Traits | BUG

With the update from December 03, 2019 the utility skill ["Utility Goggles"](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/index.php?title=Utility_Goggles) has been changed (see picture or see the wiki-link as source). If you use this utility skill, it works as intended. BUT, if you want to improve the skill by using the existing possibilities in the specialization "Tools" by the [Gadgeteer](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/index.php?title=Gadgeteer), it will not work as intended. If you use the skill "Utility Goggles" with improvement, you only get "protection", but not the resistance (anymore) as shown in the tooltip. ["Reactive Lenses"](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/index.php?title=Reactive_Lenses), i.e. ["Lesser Utility Goggles"](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Lesser_Utility_Goggles) are not affected and work as intended.

Almost 3 months have now passed since the reworking, and this has already been mentioned in other forum posts. An answer or reaction to it, e.g. that the developers know about the bug and that a correction of the bug is in progress, would be desirable. How it happened: I was looking for a new "build" for my engineer. This includes or included the mentioned utility skill + improvements. Unfortunately, however, this "small" bug (with great effect) makes the new build not playable as desired. It is to be assumed that this also affects many other players - not only me.PS: I have deliberately created a new forum post!PPS: Tested in heart of the mists.
