Please make Level-80 Equipment Package gear can be salvaged.

If this only applies to the Chinese client, then you, or they, would need to post on their forums, speak to their CS.

No, there is no way to get back infusions. Not even extractable.

Game Updates and localization is prepared by Anet, I highly doubt Chinese CS Team doesn't exisit.

I mean it is a in-game change, no need to contact Chinese publisher as it can't did anything in game.

Secondly, Chinese support team seems only 1-2 persons, and again, they can't solve any problems.

I have contact CS Team, and he recommend me post my advice here. Here is what he said:

"Please understand that we are part of Customer Support. We have no influence in the changes made within the game. Only the development team can make such changes. We have found that the best way for the development team to gather and review player feedback and suggestions is through our official forums. We ask players to post their ideas in our Official Forums."

It's not about making a change; players can contact the appropriate CS Team to get their Infusions back.

Chinese players would have to contact the Chinese CS Team to get their expensive Infusions back from this armor.

 

Also, I don't see anything about Infusion Extractors not working; of course, I haven't tried to remove an Infusion from this particular armor.

I'm not sure about infusions specifically but I know that upgrades (sigils /runes/gemstones in the trinkets) cannot be extracted from them by the infinite upgrade extractor and they cannot be salvaged.

 

I don't know how common this problem is but turning the salvageable flag on for these items would solve the problem and remove the need for any tickets.

I have had this problem too. I think ALL gear should be salvageable-period.
