Chinese players would have to contact the Chinese CS Team to get their expensive Infusions back from this armor. Also, I don't see anything about Infusion Extractors not working; of course, I haven't tried to remove an Infusion from this particular armor. Have you? I'm not sure about infusions specifically but I know that upgrades (sigils /runes/gemstones in the trinkets) cannot be extracted from them by the infinite upgrade extractor and they cannot be salvaged. I don't know how common this problem is but turning the salvageable flag on for these items would solve the problem and remove the need for any tickets.
