Yeah. My bad. I'm all for it. I've always have this uneasy feeling that the WvW community didn't have an outrage that **Diviner's** *can't be stat-swapped to* if you only play WvW. I guess because it was never meta? We'll see when the patch hits. My guess is probably nothing will change and this issue will just be overshadowed by the sea of salt from the nerfs.

And weird flex on your gear, but okay!

  2. The hardest to "stat switch" is Diviner's because if you're not saving up those Serpentine Jewels, you can only switch an equipment once a day because of the time gate and account-bound nature of it.

The most expensive is Minstrels with the cost of Freshwater Pearls.

You can use the Bloody Ruby trinkets for Backpacks, a Ring and an Amulet for a very cheap stat switch. For the rest, use the Mist Trinkets. You can buy the Mist trinkets with Skirmish Tickets, PVP Tickets, or even Pristine Relics.

It's really not that hard if you put effort.

  3. I don't know man...

My advise is become like water.

Basing from your lengthy explanation, you have enough experience with the game to play another class that most of the LFG's want. If you just want to do your kitten fractals, then do that perhaps? One can only be stubborn for such a long time until they give in and adapt.

For the record though, I love thieves as DPS because they do decent damage and also bring utilities that can skip a lot of mechanics - like the switches on Underground, Aetherblade and even skip stuff on Cliffside.

  4. Thanks for the preview, @"Cal Cohen.2358" ! Hope this will be a regular trend.

    Now for the feedback:

The 300s cooldown across-the-board of all passive traits is very questionable. Some traits' efficacy are better than others depending on the class and should have a corresponding cooldown or a trigger that would not necessarily make it useless.

Making the coefficients of *Crowd-Control* skills baseline is also dumbfounding. Most of them have a x0.01 coefficient while also retaining their old cooldowns and durations. Why would someone prefer one *"CC Weapon or Skill"* with another if they basically do the same damage? Got to at least have discrepancies with the damage of these skills.

SKills, Traits and Weapons that are not seeing use and if so, very rarely are also nerfed baseline and thus will still never be or very rarely used.

Same goes with Specializations. However, this might change as time goes on but I doubt Chronos would be welcome to large group compositions like they used to as the skills that would make them so were heavily nerfed as well.

The "Usual Suspects" of no counterplay offenders were not addressed. At least they won't be as annoying as before, I guess?

Territorial Buffs (Guild Objective Aura and Presence of the Keep) are going to be exponentially more potent than before. Please address this.

  5. Male Sylvari Warrior. Born during the Cycle of Noon. Vanquisher of the Green Knight. Believes that he must act with wisdom, but act.

    Reasons:

Uncorruptable during Zhaitan's storyline and also have the most interactions with Trahearne.

Tempered, Tested, and Overcame the Awakening and Fall of Mordremoth.

Does not have any bias during the Path of FIre storyline.

Caithe and Aurene's bond is "felt" more.

    Unaffected by Dhuum's rise.

    Only Gripe:

Why the hell are Sylvari (and other non-human races) could be affected by the Human Gods' realms? Sentient plants have souls now that will be judged by Grenth when they die? Really? It turned me off when I was at the Domain of the Lost. I ain't no god-worshiping human? You have no power over me!

  6. **Dynamic Outnumbered Buff** - They already "chopped-up" territories when gliding was implemented. They have the tech to apply dynamic outnumbered buffs in territories where opposing forces greatly outnumber one or the other. They could change the way *Objective Auras* and *Presence of the Keep* to benefit/disadvantage forces during the times of huge player difference.

  7. Yeah. We need more vicious, threatening and scary male faces. Something worthy of a warring culture race. None of those kawaii uguu faces and boy-band hairstyles. Rough, scarred and battle-hardened please.

When you see a Charr you're supposed to think *"Oh crap, that big cat is going to murder me!"* not *"Oh he's cute and fluffy! I wonder if I could pet him..."*

  8. If you're fine playing a "single player" MMO, then it's totally worth it. Some massive group content are still popular, but don't expect to have a good time accomplishing obscure achievements and goals.

Oh and don't bother with the competitive modes.

  9. You don't even have 150 AR...

In my less than humble opinion, you've barely touched fractals. The potions were meant for people who are swimming with relics and have nothing to spend them with; meaning people who have been doing fractals for a long time, not for a "while" as a form of horizontal progression.

  10. NOPE. Not because I don't want to, but because it just can't be.

Here's why - The privilege to create legendaries are "tied-in" with real money purchases.

    CORE - Gen 1 Weapons (Now F2P)

HoT - Gen 2 Weapons and Armor

    LS3 - Aurora

PoF - Gen 2 Weapons, Armor and Coalescence (HoT now bundled with PoF when purchased)

    LS4 - Vision

For a veteran that has everything unlocked, they look free to make. For a new player, they have to buy those to be able to make them.

    > Incorrect. It was introduced with the tactivators.

    >

Nah, even before Tactivators it has already been happening. It really is a *feature* since launch.

  12. Flux Bomb is just as "rotation-interrupting" and "DPS-losing" as dodging big attacks.

Social Awkwardness is actually nerfed to a counter to the mindless *Just stack and DEEPS* tactics. I agree with you on this. They should revert it back to it's former, brutal glory.

No Pain, No Gain is just the Dredge Fractals spilling to the other ones. If your group doesn't notice the boons there or doesn't deal with them, then you're fine with it.
