It's available via the general/armor-specific wardrobe unlocks, I believe, but that's entirely RNG.

I really expected the final item to eat the individual teleport items, like how the living world tomes work.

Longbow autoattack should apply burning by default, instead of having to trait for it.

DH should have a speed boost on a minor trait like chronomancer has.

Let's be honest, the non-gliding masteries in HoT were hit or miss at best.

legendary armor should always have been craftable same as weapons are. The only reason it isn't is because Anet needed something to bait people into doing raids.

"Remove" how? There's no way to remove a stat combination from WvW without removing it from the game as a whole, and they're not going to do that.

If someone is waypointing to get away from you, how much of a "fight" were you really going to get out of them anyway?

They're _still_ limited to raids, since there's no other way to get it in PVE (like, say, crafting like you can with the weapons!)

All the story bosses have been tedious (which is a different thing from being difficult) since at least LS3. They've got at least twice the health they should have, and every fight boils down to "spews AOE everywhere all the time, which will kill you in seconds".
A lot of them aren't scaled well for solo players either, though that's usually more of a problem with achievements (particularly of the "beat this boss in X time" or "do not get hit by X attack" varieties).

Are SAB upgrades still per-character? Because that was always really dumb and needs to be fixed if it hasn't already been.

I'm assuming they're complaining about the multiple POIs locked behind meta events in the LS4 maps, all of which Anet should have changed long ago so you could get them from outside the locked area.

They gave the ranger back the damage, it was called "soulbeast" and amazingly people were just as mad about it. Almost as if rangers existing at all was the actual problem they had, or something...

It would have been better if you could still _use_ both pets, but only _merge_ with one of them.

Glass cannon pets do glass cannon damage. Somehow this is suprising to people, I guess?

What they should have done is allowed you to _use_ both pets but only _merge_ with one of them (just designate one of the two pet slots as able to merge, kind of like how you can only equip an elite spec in that third trait line).

_These_ changes, yes, and most (but not all) of the last patch, but they've got a long history of gutting things across the board for PVP/WvW reasons. See also: pretty much every single pet nerf.
