The information on the wiki for the [map bonus rewards](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Map_bonus_reward) was gathered by one of our wiki contributors, [Alex](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/User:Chieftain_Alex). Unfortunately, the method which he used is not applicable to the HoT maps. Documenting the full list would require a tremendous amount of effort, including "[playing] through several hundred events in each HoT map" to quote him.
