Even if they give you more roll for a rare loot its still extra 1/1000 chance. Been doing that meta over 200 days saw only 1 tonic droped. This meta overlapped with many other meta better just burst Effigy under 3 minute and move on. the torch bearing part are taking enough time to join other Meta.
