I get this on a regular basis, every time when I switch profiles or go to PvP. Usually is the Mallyx utility skills that get reset. I lost a PvP match today because of this. More than two years later and this core gameplay issue is still not fixed. Whole revenant profession is still in beta even in their own bug report tool. Pathetic!
