Title basically says it all. I'm leveling an elementals right now and I'd like to know what weapons you like, whether they're fun, powerful, or both!

It just kicked me out of the game like 5 minutes ago. When I tried, I couldn't get back in. Only kicked me after I left fractals

I believe there are a few lines where the sylvari character mentions resisting...

That would be cool! But I feel like Balthazar won't happen. If he does become a legend, I'd be surprised. I was picturing a spirit (maybe invisible) taking the greatsword and whacking enemies with it, inflicting conditions.

Also I noticed something strange with the elite spec legends. When hot came out, we got glint... and glint became super important after hot, with aurene and vlast, etc. And when pof cane out, we got a charr with members of her warband... and after pof, charr became important... do you see what I'm getting at here? I don't know if I explained it well...

I just want a ranged, condition based greatsword

I actually really like the story, but I've always been a really fast reader, and waiting for them to get all the words out of their mouths gets a bit tiring

So my friend got GW2 a while back, and got Heart of Thorns. He didn't play for a while, but he's getting back into it. Don't HoT and PoF come together now? Could he get Path of Fire for free, or would he have to buy it? I'm not sure if I explained it well but there it is...

Well... I recently started fractals, doing the dailies and whatnot. I'm almost to t2 fractals, and I never really struggled to beat them. Just went to lfg, put my group up and went. Usually I get other players new to fractals, but once in a while I do get people who have deigned to sacrifice their time on lowly tier one fractals. They tend to be helpful, and I appreciate it, but it becomes a "follow the leader do what he says" type deal. I understand the fractal better when I can do it myself. And yeah, it may take a few minutes longer, but now I can do the fractal regularly.

I was just wonder how everybody would feel about that... I'm picturing everybody going back to their roots (especially sylvari ?) and solving more problems back home. Maybe risen are still being created by some baddie. Maybe the nightmare court has grown in power. Maybe rata sum is being threatened by a powerful inquest. I personally would love to see our character creation influence the story a little bit more...

I play sylvari herald which seems to fit the story decently. The sylvari meet caithe and trahearne early, they are of mordremoth, and as herald you channel glint. So right there you have a connection to Orr through trahearne and caithe, a connection to mordremoth as sylvari, a connection to aurene and glint as herald... I don't see why everyone is posting charr lol

Sometimes if you have facets active as Herald on land, and then enter water, it will keep the facets active, but no boons will be pulsed out until you reset them. (Use the abilities, wait for recharge, reactivate) This also happens when leaving water and stepping onto solid ground. It's a pain.

I haven't played either of these classes, but I've read so many love letters to weavers. I'm sure chronomancer is a good choice, but from what I've read, if you can master weaver you'll have fun and do well.
