Just remove daze from Full Counter altogether and have it do Eviscerate damage. -
Some small changes that would help a lot in PvP -Make Rune of Resistance proc at start of cast for Headbutt rather than end (negates effect of blind) -Remove cast time from Signet of Rage or reduce it drastically (1/4s?) -Reduce cast time of Greatsword Rush to 1s or increase range to 1600

Just make everything in mace unblockable. It's blunt, you can't really block blunt damage anyways.
