  1. If it is to add portuguese add european portuguese, not brazilian :P
  2. You should have the kit and outfit mailed to you (idk about gems, I bought the deluxe version) but other B2P functions will only unlock in 3 days.

People just throw money at the screen without caring so they can skip? Imagine as a game developer, creating a content only to have some guy want to skip bu giving you money! > I'm sure you are T2, Ubisoft, EA and Activision favorite! But for developer with dignity that is just ....wish i could say the "word" without getting warning from Mod > Compare this to ESO, ton of skill shards to buy but MP on gw2 are limited and mostly tied to achievements. Just a little fix, in ESO you can only buy them once you completed the shards for said map in one character, essentially, yes you pay for skipping progress, but you pay for skipping progress in alts after you've done them at least once.

If they are able to do 2x the work for all these years, and be fine with it, consolidating all maps to use the newer post process and adding an entirely new Remaster version would still leave them with the same amount of work they have today. Noting that I'm not complaining about the graphics, I like them and it's a pretty beautiful game for 2012, a graphics update and keeping both graphics would just cater to a lot of players that want, at the very least, the new maps graphics applied to the old ones while not compromising anyone's ability to play the game due to outdated graphic cards all of a suden.

They could do the "BDO approach" keep the "old" graphics and add a Remaster. You enable the Remaster if you wish so, you keep it off if you wish so and bam, everyone happy.

I have less than 10g in my wallet right now, but since I don't spend time farming gold it's basically free money that just turns up while I'm playing so paying for it seems kind of pointless. > > Maybe I'm the odd one out and other people regularly convert gems into gold and think it's good value to do so, but it wouldn't surprise me if far more people convert gold into gems. I converted some leftovers I had from the sales we just had to buy some skins on TP for my weapons

And it is... worrying. > > For example, do you know that this game at some point had 4-5 million active players? And that the last time we've even heard any numbers we've been down to around 1 million actives (half of them f2p)? And that even this was a very long time ago, and since that time the numbers only went down? > > At some point this game had enough devs to form multiple teams able to do different types of content in parallel. Now we're back to being able to do only one major project at a time. > (hint: the recent slowdown in LS is due to them moving a lot of devs to expac team, and lack of game balance is because all balance devs are apparently _also_ working on expac stuff). > > This game prided itself on introducing new stuff and novel approaches to the content. What it also does is to _abandon_ those approaches, leaving the whole game environment covered with strewn carcasses of past ideas they never bothered to support long-term. > > And so on, and so on. > > This game had so much good potential, and so bright a future... and all of this got wasted. Somehow, against all signs i still hope for this trend to change somehow, but it is really, really hard to not be cynical about it. Or not to realize those hopeful expectations will just end in (another) disappointment. > > > I wont need to worry about in a near future and since I'm having a blast with this game, I'll stick with it. > Sure, you don't need to worry about near future. Just treat this game as a single-player one and you will be fine. If you are looking for an MMORPG though, those are more of a long-engagement games, so looking a bit further away than that is far more common in this genre. > > Gotta tell you that in terms of MMO I feel like a could have a long-engagement on this one that I haven't felt on others (BDO and ESO, for instance). Anyways, people have been complaining about the game dying for years as I can see from other threads and reddit posts and it still didn't die, so yhe..good for me xD Also, I don't mean to be rude, but a lot of veterans love to shove their issues down new player's throats and that can discourage them from playing, contributing furthermore to killing the game.

I'm also a new player and just started to ignore people that say that, they are probably just salty about something I wont need to worry about in a near future and since I'm having a blast with this game, I'll stick with it.
  9. I'd rather ask, why not? xD There's no loss in representing a guild, so why not. (And also I like having a tag next to my name)
  10. Since it's a wish, I wish I could get the Storage Expander that will go on sale today :P
