I see their signets swaping with an intensity number.

Well .. It seems it a bug similar that the one from 2017 (https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/professions/guardian/Guardian-Signet-Still-Bug-not-hotfix) ... is being exploited by a few people.
