Nevermind. there is already downed penalty.

Guild wars 1 Death Penalty would be good choice. Get death penalty stack everytime you go downstate. https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Death_Penalty

Tengu's are almost forgotten. Its time to get more story about them. I was glad HoT give some tengu enemies but they didn't have any story. Its been almost 6 years and we still cant go to Dominion of Winds.

Staff 1 could be like druids solar beam. Staff 2 a blast finisher, it says detonate orb of light so why its not a blast finisher. Overall buff damage and heal and staff is useful. At least for me.

Why Zhaitan didn't make full attack on pact airship but just fly around it. It make big damage at first but then stop?
Why Mordremoth didn't use its roots to kill everything in the jungle?
If sylvari is dragon minion, then Trahearne recorrupted orr with mordremoth's corruption?

I list 5 classes that i have played and how good they worked for me when i started this game.
1. Warrior is ideal first class to start. Its can be tanky and still deal good damage you have movement traits and skills and good range and melee options.
2. Necromancer is good too with high health and second health bar Shroud. Damage might not be best at low levels but you can take more hits but prepare to get pushed around because you dont have much stability.
3. Guardian is good starting class because of many heals and blocks but have low health. Damage is good. Have many boons and can be useful for parties.
4. Thief is best medium armor class dealing damage, it have stealth that make completing maps much easier. Best mobility and good damage but have low health and require good reflexes to survive. Sword/pistol makes pve easier.
5. Ranger is good single target range class, melee damage is good too and you have pet that can tank while you deal damage. Might be hard to get into groups if not druid. But good solo class. PS. Dont use longbow and bear or you get laughed out of the game.
These are my thought for core classes, elite specs will change how easy and good your class is.

Its time for Tengu to finally become playable race. Previous stories could be played like how GW1 did with different campaign characters.

Warrior with staff reminds me of guild wars 1 wammo build. So maybe next elite spec would be support warrior with staff.
-
I think new weapon types should be added in next expansion to give more versatility.

Lets wait balance patch and after that if there is not enough buffs delete your necro or use it as a bank like i do.

Weaver is my favored. Always wanted to play air elementalist with bolt. Bad thing is that you dont have much defence. Low hp and armor.
-
Quickness would be nice and more barrier or endurance is needed when you play with sword. Maybe add these on sword skills so its not affect other builds.

Guildwars 2 has become Numberwars 2. People only look numbers was it about builds or dpsmeter. Always looking how much one class can do damage and if its not enough that class is worthless. This happen every time there is a nerf. Even if after that nerf that class still deal enough damage to kill stuff but just not enough to be "meta".
Is it fun playing game and only care about numbers just play for fun. I know its frustrated when someone is not doing much damage but in raids you should have enough people to kill boss in time. When i play a game i dont care how fast i can beat it i care how fun it is. Doing something in a hurry is not fun. Dps meter and meta make people toxic.

I dont like this because you cant even get to new maps. Story is buggy server is dead.
Spec we still lack
in Necromancer

Reaper could Tank until they nerfed Rise.
What Necromancer need is power long ranged spec and burst power melee that have mobility.
