Why I see every time in the forums people cry about mechanics / game modes ?

Like when the community cried about "Slippery Slope" and "Birds" on fractals. Just because you fail and not good enough to face advanced mechanics doesn't mean it should be removed from the game. If it is too hard for you skip the day clear.

All that fancy stuff isn't that much related.

Ping is mostly heavy on your location. For example I live in an area with a monster PC and my ping will stay 70-100 because that is the time that it takes for data transfer between the location of the servers and my location.

If you have a super monster PC and you live in India and the server are in europe you wont enjoy low ping.

This setting aside, If you live in Europe and you have high ping then there is an issue. I suggest help center.

The guild is casual with room for semi and hardcore. Obviously people will help if you approach and ask the right people. We have staff members for each section.

Not an issue as long as you keep active. We do have a strict rule of activity ( currently its up to 4 weeks of inactivity red line and after 2 weeks your rank gets hurt ).

Either make 2 different tiers:

Tier 1 : Easy CMs

Tier 2 : Hard Cms

or less weekly CM clears and put them on rotation.

Obviously better rewards, 10 gold for raid CM clear...

Define "Dedicated".

Mostly the guild is casual with some PVE training such as fractals/raids.

We do have a static team but those are for obligated and very dedicated players.

I played at launch and quit due to dull end gameplay and moved on back to Wow. i came back during 2017 POF launch and stayed here to this day.

The game improved alot and I have to say it's very different game from launch obviously.

The main I did was to complete the story and do my basic dallies and after I reached the end game I started my raiding life , fractal CM and titles and started PvP casually and the most fun for me is to hunt achievement and AP :)

It's been a while and mostly i've seen until now are the easy CMs only and It was planned by some static teams including mine aswell.

No one else thinks it should be more RNG? it feels to much dull.

Do we want 5 weekly cms? if its on a rotation maybe make it 3-4 ?

That is something for them to think about but the major things are rotation + better rewards.

I joined 1 hour ago for a weekly cm clear: KC/CAIRN/MO/Adina /Sabir. That is going to be a thing and that is what bothers me.

As all of you know Anet had added new weekly CM rewards for raids. This makes doin raid CM viable again. Which is a great decision and the core idea is very great. But the current state isn't perfect and I would like to see these improvement implemented.

1. The rewards for the weekly CM clears are very poor. Raid CM are one of the hardest content in game especially for inexp raiders. The rewards should be improved a little.

2. The current Weekly CM are static. Basically it means you can clear X CM raids of your choice. Obviously it will make the easy CM viable only. People will not go for Dhuum CM unless you are talking about the elite raid groups. I suggest making the weekly raid CM similar to fractals - on a rotation. It's not very complex to add, coming from a CS world and it will make all CM viable. Because as I see it right now people will focus on KC / Cairn / MO / Adina / Sabir for easy clears and then maybe some of the more difficult. Dhuum CM for weekly clear will not be a thing.

My account is stuck in matchmaking que plus everytime I change an instance a window pops up with 7 "checked" players and I dismissed it and nothing happens. Logging off didn't help.

I'm getting kicked out of fractals and raids because of it because it automatically leaves the party/squad im in it. cant do any team content basically.
