Character Select screen lineup changes

When going thru my character doing daily routines on each of my 17 characters, the last character I was on will randomly not shift to the right most position on the select screen causing me to reload that character if I'm not paying attention. This has always been a minor issue over the years that happened every now and then but since the Tuesday SAB patch it's gotten worse. It'll happen up to 4 times on my character lineup on my login session. Also I've noticed more often that when I log back in there will be one character out of rotation which again has always been a very random issue but has gotten worse.
