Nothing For Power Reaper.

This is no balance patch (Rock Gazelle is an exception since it obviously did not work as intended - way too much damage).

 

The patch today is a Halloween and bugfixing patch.

 

The balance patch is usually shipped between the PvP seasons (but not the day a season ends, like today).

 

You can expect the balance patch in two weeks.

I stand corrected, on a side note I'm totally buying those Mount Skins for my Necro.

Balance patch in two weeks? how you know?

 

And to reference past history in HoT, the balance patch won't likely be for non-PoF stuff. It's likely to balance the PoF especs.

- I said "expect" and not "is".

- Nobody here made any statements about the content of the patch.

Where other specs get ferocity buff to traits to increase overall power damage (still not meta)

We get ferocity buff only on our "low damage mode", but maybe when the ferocity will go up, up, up, more up we'll do more damage when in Reaper's Shroud..

and doing nothing when outside of it.

 

Engineer - Big Boomer: This trait replaces the slot left open by Shaped Charge. It converts 5% of Power to Vitality and 5% of Power to Ferocity.

 

Guardian - Retribution: This trait now grants Ferocity while you have retaliation, in addition to its previous effect.

>! Symbolic Avenger: This trait now converts 13% of your Toughness into Power, in addition to its previous effect. (we have the bad copy on Death Magic)

 

Ranger - Most Dangerous Game: This trait has been replaced by Vicious Quarry. Vicious Quarry causes fury on you, granting increased Ferocity, as well as an additional critical-strike chance, and grants 4 seconds of fury when you are struck while below 75% health.

 

Revenant - Assassin’s Presence: Increased the Ferocity bonus granted by this trait to 225 at level 80.

 

Warrior - Signet Mastery: This trait now grants Ferocity instead of Precision when a signet is used.

Anet answer: "But we already said it to you guys! Shroud is a mechanism that's so OP that we just can't carelessly give something to the necromancer. The day you guys realise the potential of the shroud and master it, we would have to nerf you to the ground asap because it's gamebreaking."

They have to ride their mounts without Enhanced Evasion/Adroit Evasion so they can know how having extra hp feels like..

and Necromancer don't have mount's mobility.

Scourge: Shroud ? Is that something new ? does it make me meta ? Can I have it ?

Reaper: My friend, you don´t want shroud, they´ll use it as excuse all the time to cut you down.

Core-Necro: Yep, shroud sucks.
