Racial preferences are a thing. They're unlikely to allow tonics. You have a couple options. 1) Learn to do the jumping puzzle as a Norn. Your position on the screen doesn't ever change (unless you zoom) so you can use that as a point of reference for your jumps. It's what I did when semi-AFK farming the wintersday one. 2) Set character model quality to the lowest setting which should change your character model to something easier to jump with. Racial preferences are a thing. I _don't_ have all asura characters, I just have a lot of asura. ;) I _do_ have a max size norn, but I never use her on jumping puzzles, for good reason.
