I've just returned myself not too long ago so I have the motivation . There are some strong builds out there at the moment and its defo a CC/Condi meta. I try to have a healthy mindset as everything can be played around and metas will come and go. The trick is to constantly adapt and not complain at people using "broken" builds as the aim of the game is to win.
