Client keeps downloading 1 final file forever, 10s of Gigabytes, after fresh install

Hey there,

 

This problem from back 2013 still is around:

 

Yesterday I decided reinstall GW2 and all went good up until that 1 last file client keeps trying to download to no avail. Left PC on overnight, til morning it supposedly "downloaded" 30+ gigs of data.

 

Tried repairing, doesn't help.

 

Tried switching client language, download completely there and switch the language back - same problem exists in other language as well (tested DE)
