duster.7013 Posted May 18, 2020 Share Posted May 18, 2020 yeah here they are: thief vital shot base bleed to 3s from 4s repeater initiative cost to 3 from 2 sneak attack base bleed to 4s from 5s ranger Druid celestial being talent also increases all outgoing healing by 10% quick draw talent to 50% from 66% warrior now has 25% bonus speed innate mesmer damaging spells removed. thats all for now, theyll maybe balance things a bit better before expac.
