I kinda agree and disagree. In a lot of pug groups and roaming situations that don't have enough supports specifically traited and geared to deal with conditions, conditions are definitely hard to avoid. They stack up and kill tons of people all at once. However, with a lot of organized guild groups, there is typically at least 1 condi cleanser per 5 man party (either scrapper or tempest) and as long as they're halfway decent, they'll keep up. That is unless one of their party members is off tag or runs directly over an enemy bomb. If that's not enough condi cleanse, the spellbreakers will typically bring shake it off to clear like an additional 5 condis per person per use (more if you take trooper runes)

 

But either way, I think a balance patch needs to at least be talked about soon.
