Eluding Nullification needs serious rework

Incase if people wonder about the support trait from Salvation Traitline:

**Eluding Nullification**

Dodge rolling removes a condition from nearby allies

Has a 10s CD.

By comparing this to the trait Warrior has on dodge (nice damage on dodge) and Thief on dodge (Vault or Lotus) which are all strong dodge traits, and also the Guardian heal on dodge. Those all have no Cooldowns.

**Why does Revenant have a 10 second cooldown here? In PvE it wouldnt be OP anyway, and in PvP/WvW it would definetly help against the condi meta, the removal of the CD would be fair**

i meant instead 1 dodge remove 1 condition it should change to remove 2 conditions. this way 10 sec cd is fine.

Not a major grandmaster. Just your average master trait.

And core and elite is a meaningless distinction if we are to take at face value that elite specs are meant to be sidegrades to the class, not flat out superior traitlines.
