renss.5764 Posted July 17, 2020 Share Posted July 17, 2020 Hi, currently I’m unable to delete characters with punctuation marks in their name because the delete interface doesn’t allow punctuation marks. Or you will have to contact support directly. Forums are generally useless for interaction with Anet but the great community might have other solutions to get around this. Ashantara.8731 Posted July 17, 2020 Share Posted July 17, 2020 Simply find the letter online, then copy & paste them into GW2. Look for "Umlaute" if you used ä, ö or ü. P.S.
