How should I properly gear out a Chronomancer?

So according to [this](https://qtfy.eu/guildwars/mesmer/power-chrono-quick-guide/) I should be using Commanders armor/weapons, and Berserker back/rings/jewelry. I know it's super easy to get Commander back/rings/jewelry, but difficult to get Commander armor/weapons. My question is, what if I wanted to switch it up, and get Berserker armor/weapons, with Commander accessories? What is my goal here as far as stats go?

The goal is obviously to have 100% quickness duration at the end.

You will get 33% through the swap sigill. You'll get 30/35% from the rune.

You may get some from food or the chaos trait line, given that you use them.

In fractals only you can also use Mist Potions to gain up to another 15% or so with the mastery.

 

Fill the rest with gear. 15 concentration = 1% boon duration.
