Mini Mr. Sparkles make tradeable?

I didn't realise anyone had this problem with this specific mini, because of how limited the availability was, but I'm completely in favour of it. Personally I think all mini pets should be tradable, especially if you can get end up with more than one. It's really frustrating to have something you don't want or can't use, which you know other people would really like but you can't give it to them.
