[Suggestion] Unify detector gadgets

With the various detector and tracker gadget added to the game at various times sometimes players don't know if to keep them or delete them. I wish all of them would get unified into one device to which the player would have to speak with a specific NPC to have them upgraded or tuned to work with a specific quest. It would be nice if a unified detector gadget would be added outside of the inventory as a key bind toggle and liked to the mini-map. Somewhere on the hero panel could list what it's been activated for.
