About Exquisite Serpentite Jewel in 2020

Am I the only one who find absurd the effort needed to craft a diviner armor comparing to every other set? You need Exquisite Serpentite Jewels which must be farmed exclusively doing metas from an almost 2 years old map, they can't be bought from TP and they can't even be deposited in the storage. In addition to this frustration, Thunderhead Peaks is also a mega laggy map... I know you can just buy all-stats selectable gear but I just don't find it correct.

You don't need to "farm it" , you can buy the light of deldrimor plates on the trading post and do the rooms for guaranteed 3 at the green room (per day). Yes it's timegated though.

Or do what I did and farm a full Blossoming Mist Shard armour set. That's a more traditional farm.

^ That's a good option if it's for strikes/raids and the people you run with are non min-maxers. If you need them for fractal armor, that isn't an option though because even exotic inscription/insignia requires the jewels.

 

Which reminds me: For armor another good way is stat select boxes from strikes and the WVW/PVP stat select armors.

I'm trying to do the ascended set, also need them to change stats from some random dropped weapons
