I like their stuff better than FFBF, but I'm not sure if their stuff is approved by ArenaNet, as they are not listed as partners. According to a friend of mine who is an artist and graphic designer with stuff on Redbubble they have licensing for a lot of different IPs which allows artists to sell related designs through the site, but I'm not sure if it covers everything on there.
