Ticket topic

What do you think about having a topic that says Other Issues or Other Questions? For example one time I asked about making a music video and having my character in the video and that the music in the video would not be Guild Wars 2's but one's own music. When I put the question on a Ticket, I had to choose a topic that was the closest to the question and instead I had to pick a topic that did not fit. This question could have instead been on a topic that said Other Issues or Other Questions.

 

I am only saying this as an idea and something for you to think about. I think it would be easier for those people who would get in the same situation as I did. This would also make things easier for you as well. It would also be easier if one had that topic because in that way one would be able to talk to the right person about the question.

Because then they'd get 1000x more tickets about random non-issues.
