Messenger.7450
A few days or so before the December 1 patch, I found that the Scourge utility skill [Dessicate](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Desiccate) was available for use underwater where it previously was not. I checked the patch notes since the last change to Dessicate (Feb. 25, 2020, where its functionality was split between PvE and PvP/WvW) but didn't find any mention of it becoming available for use underwater. **I'd just like to ask when this change occurred.** Just doing so because I occasionally contribute to the GW2 Wiki and just want to keep the information up-to-date. Or... is this actually an unintentional change/bug/glitch and not supposed to be? Thanks, ANet!
DemonSeed.3528
It might've happened a while back when they split some ground/underwater skills, I think a few were changed like maybe some rev/guard/engi or whatever. I do know rocket boots on engi was split - maybe that's when the change occured but it was many months ago. If this was only something you noticed recently, then I don't know, maybe it's been stealth updated to work underwater and the wiki not updated, but it could also be a mistake. Interesting choice to use underwater though.
