Illconceived Was Na.9781 Posted October 26, 2017 Share Posted October 26, 2017 It will depend a lot on the ticket (and a little on who gets it, e.g. if the first tier person has seen your type of ticket before, they can handle without help versus if your issue is unusual or difficult to decipher, it could take longer). In doing that and switching to windowed mode to get a video, the dialog box position reset itself and I can access vendors again! They must be severely bogged down at ANET.
