[feedback] Acct Reset

been away couple+ years and decided to come check see how things are doing ...

so read support pages and went and found old GW2 purchase email for the s/n and then clicked the account reset, well nice change from old method taking days back and forth verify info from CS but to to my utter surprise reset page didn't even ask for it!! just enter new password and boom done.

really would feel safer if have asked for it like support page stated it would
